A federal police operation is investigating the sale of rulings at the Bahia Court of Justice – Jornal CORREIO

The federal police (PF) launched Operation Faroeste wounded on Tuesday (19) to eliminate any criminal system aimed at selling judicial decisions by judges and judges of the State Court of Bahia (TJ-BA). According to preliminary information from the federal police, more than 200 federal police officers are involved in the action, who serve four arrest warrants and 40 search and search warrants in offices, forums, law firms, companies and respondent homes in the cities of Salvador, Barreiras, Formosa do Rio Preto and Santa Rita de Cássia, in Bahia and Brasilia.

Also according to PF, an order was issued to remove four judges and two judges from their duties. The orders were issued by the Supreme Court of Justice (STJ) and are aimed at locating and detaining supplementary evidence of committed crimes.

According to preliminary information from CORREIO, one of the arrest warrants in the Bahian capital is served in the Rio Vermelho district.
