After four postponements due to the coronavirus pandemic, proof of the second phase make XXXI Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) unified order examination will be applied this Sunday (6th) all over Brazil.
It is the first major national test passed in person during a pandemic. 49,084 candidates are expected for tests.
The exam will be held from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Orientation is arrive two hours early to avoid the crowds.
In the SP state alone, 10,000 candidates are registered for the test at 33 points of application, which is an average of 303 candidates per test location.
The exam is optional. According to the OAB, anyone who does not want to take the test this Sunday will be automatically enrolled in the next edition of the exam, which has not been published yet.
To minimize the possibility of coronavirus transmission, the OAB has taken the following preventive measures:
- Alcoholic gel in entrances, corridors, toilets and application rooms
- Thermometer for measuring temperature at test sites
- More expensive
- Distance between candidates
The OAB exam, which will take place on Sunday, is scheduled for April 5. This is not the first time a race has to be postponed.
In 2018, in connection with the truckers’ strike, a practical test scheduled for May took place.
In 2016, the date of the objective test in Salvador was changed. It was August from July.
And in 2012 there was another use at Ipatinga (Ministry of Economy) due to lack of electricity. The start date of December 16 was moved to January 6, 2013.
