SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) – Why, I will take Kahlua's second coffee!
A study published by researchers at UC Irvine reveals people who drink moderate amounts of alcohol or coffee and are overweight in the 70s live longer.
The study, conducted by scientists from The UC Institute in Irvine on Memory Disorders and Neurological Disorders, first began in 2003 and analyzed what makes people live over the age of 90.
According to the study, those who drank moderate amounts of alcohol or coffee lived longer than people who do not drink.
In addition, people who were overweight at the age of 70 lived longer than those who in the 1970s were in a normal state or underweight.
