It was the year 2000 when Argentine musician Charly García performed in one of the most striking moments of the Trans-Andean show.
The artist threw himself into the pool from the ninth floor of the hotel in MEndoza.
Although he was not injured, the exploits spread all over the world.
And finally, 18 years after the jump, García told the story after immersion
"Do you know why I quit because I was chased by the police. There was a policeman downstairs and he did not come and tell me "hey, do not shoot," so I threw myself"He said in an interview that will be included in the biographical series "BIOS" Prepared by National Geographic.
According to him, he already had experience in these exploits, because "he pulled me from the windmills to the pool, a few years ago."
"I've been practicing these jumps, do you think I'm crazy? I'm not crazy, but I had only one jump to do. It was trays, trays (falling in the pool) or trays and pafas (falling outside)" – he added.
