BEIRUT, Nov. 2 (Xinhua) – Israeli forces control Friday the military trip between Ghajar and Wadi Al-Asal via the southern Lebanese Abbassieh, local media reported.

"Israeli forces have stopped at a fixed fence from time to time to monitor surveillance equipment and video cameras in the area," says Elnashra, an online independent newspaper.

Meanwhile, the Lebanese Army and the UN Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) approached the fence close to the situation.

This is not the first time the Israeli forces are investigating the border with Lebanon.

Israeli forces regularly monitor the surveillance equipment at Lebanon's border.

On October 15, an Israeli drone destroyed a spy device from Israel in southern Lebanon.
