According to American media reports, the British singer did not finish the recital at Symphony Hall, because he was removed because of his safety from the stage to avoid aggression.
Fans were waiting for the author of "Everyday Is Like Sunday" to come back to finish the encore, but soon realized that the concert had come to an end.
Morrissey manager Peter Katsis, published a Facebook statement on the incident, denying that they tried to hit the singer and stating that "no one was injured and no one was arrested."
Morrissey, 59, took part in a world tour that will take place in Lima on November 27.
