However, in the iPhone, the next model will be used, namely XMM 8161. Intel plans to produce it using a 10-nanometer process, which increases the density of the transistor, thus ensuring higher speed and efficiency. If everything goes as planned, Intel will be the only supplier of iPhone modems. In contrast, the XMM 8060 will be used in the prototype models of the iPhone 5G.
