Parker Solar Probe has given data that it is safe and nothing bad happens to it. It happened after passing the closest to the sun than anything in our history.
The probe reached a distance of 24 million kilometers from the surface of the Sun on November 5. Currently, it is located on a certain orbit, which will be smaller with each turn. This will result in 24 more close encounters with the star and eventually it will be very close to the Sun. Safety reports are very important because nothing has been exposed to such heat or radiation before. Fortunately, all instruments work correctly and there is no risk of problems with data collection.
Parker Solar Probe will reach the end of its first phase on November 11. Several weeks later, she will begin to transfer the collected data that will bring the Sun closer to us.
