On Sunday, December 6, Romanians will vote for 136 senators and 329 deputies from the Romanian parliament.
Voters living or staying in Romania will be able to vote in the parliamentary elections on December 6 from 07:00 to 21:00.
Romanian citizens abroad will have two voting days at their disposal: Saturday 5 December from 07:00 to 21:00 and Sunday 6 December at the same time.
For the parliamentary elections in 2020, two ballot paper templates will be used. In particular, the voting card at polling stations for Romanians who vote domestically and another for those who vote abroad by post.
In the country, Romanians will be able to vote at the polling stations where they are assigned, depending on their home address. They will be able to vote in parliamentary elections on the basis of one of the following identity documents, which must be valid on the day of voting: ID card, electronic ID card, diplomatic passport, electronic diplomatic passport, service passport, electronic service passport, military service card.
