Apple has published a report on the results of the fourth quarter of the financial year 2019, which ended on September 28.

  • Revenue for the quarter was USD 64 billion, which is 2% more on an annual basis. International sales generated 60% of revenues. Earnings per share amounted to USD 3.03 (+ 4%).
  • Revenues from the sale of the iPhone & # 39; a fell by 9% year-on-year (to USD 33.36 billion), and from the sale of Mac computers – by 5% (to USD 6.99 billion). To offset the decline in sales, Apple plans to introduce an installment plan on the iPhone & # 39; 24 months using its Apple Card.
  • Revenues from sales of services (for example, Apple Music subscriptions) increased to USD 12.5 billion (+ 18%), iPad – to USD 4.66 billion (+ 17%), wearable devices, household goods and accessories – to USD 6, 52 billion (+ 54%).
  • In the first quarter of the 2020 financial year, Apple expects revenues of USD 85.5-89.5 billion.
