MASK World has released the third today at the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh under the title "Future Skills", with a large presence and wide media coverage from around the world, with the participation of international speakers, international partners and many representatives of international youth institutions. In the opening session, titled "Your Skills Is All," participated the Minister of Labor and Social Development, Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, in the company of international speakers, during which he spoke about the challenges facing the Kingdom in developing young skills in accordance with the visions of the kingdom 2030. International speakers have unmasked the basic skills that young people have to face the challenge of change. The second session of Misk Global Forum on Global Future Skills, the role of large corporations in empowering young people to participate in decision making and called for talking with young people, not young people, with the possibility to actively participate in decision making. In the third edition of the Forum, the focus is on three main topics: unit development to identify the most important skills that require individuals to succeed in the future economy, and to adapt to the interactive partnership between man and machine that establishes constructive relationships between both parties, when technology is growing at a fast pace. (Promoting human cooperation), which calls for the development of social skills as one of the most important tools for coping with the changes of times. The Forum aims to promote four key skills: inspiration, challenge, cooperation and experience, by listening to innovative insights, helping to prepare for the future, testing hypotheses and thinking trends, and building lasting relationships to build a growing music community. The Forum also identified the most important future skills to be used in practice among participants, namely: (innovative thinking), (social interview), (criticism and decision making) and (adaptation and steadfastness) and (initiative and self-management). Communication management with and interacting with the environment, using emotion recognition and assessing information in a variety of decisions, and having an independent mentality that is good at identifying needs, allocating resources, and achieving goals. The workshops have been organized in several interactive spaces to achieve these goals, and in the Laboratory of Skills we will conduct interviews with leading global talent leaders and skill centers, and skills workshops will be carried out in practice with a group of international experts. Workshops dedicated to brainstorming and creating professional relationships and cooperation in the field of future skills Skills Laboratory enables participants to learn about the most advanced techniques.
