The Forum aims to promote four key skills: inspiration, challenge, cooperation and experience, by listening to innovative insights, helping to prepare for the future, testing hypotheses and thinking trends, and building lasting relationships to build a growing music community. The Forum also identified the most important future skills to be used in practice among participants, namely: (innovative thinking), (social interview), (criticism and decision making) and (adaptation and steadfastness) and (initiative and self-management). Communication management with and interacting with the environment, using emotion recognition and assessing information in a variety of decisions, and having an independent mentality that is good at identifying needs, allocating resources, and achieving goals. The workshops have been organized in several interactive spaces to achieve these goals, and in the Laboratory of Skills we will conduct interviews with leading global talent leaders and skill centers, and skills workshops will be carried out in practice with a group of international experts. Workshops dedicated to brainstorming and creating professional relationships and cooperation in the field of future skills Skills Laboratory enables participants to learn about the most advanced techniques.
