Veteran artist Sean Connery dies. The first James Bond ever

The British Broadcasting Corporation confirmed the death of Sir Sean Connery, considered the first to play the role of the famous British agent “James Bond”, who over the years created his character for many artists.

Connery retired in 2003 and won a number of prestigious awards, including the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor in the 1988 movie “Far From Touch”.

He has also won over 30 international awards, most notably the 1999 Equestrian Medal by the British Queen Elizabeth II.
