The former domestic carrier Adria Airways, sold by the country in 2016 to the German fund 4K Invest, finally remained on the ground after almost 60 years of operation. Although the country wanted to give the carrier a new impetus through sales, the opposite happened – the company seems to go bankrupt.
The last flight of once Slovenian pride took place yesterday from Paris to Ljubljana, which brought silver volleyballers home late in the evening. The crew volunteered. The cost of the flight was borne by the Palma travel agency.
