"Community development" celebrates its licensed professionals after meeting the licensing requirements and passing a qualitative test to assess competences

Under the responsibility for organizing the social sector in Dubai and in accordance with the Dubai Executive Board Resolution No. 20 (2011) and its implementing rules, the Dubai Community Development Authority (CDA) celebrated 16 employees with a professional social license after meeting the licensing requirements and conditions. Prepared by the Commission for this purpose. The license gives employees all privileges and rights to work as a social worker and recognizes their competence and ability to provide services to beneficiaries of high quality.
The Community Development Authority (CDA), in cooperation with the British University in Dubai, launched an evaluation test for social workers, the first of its kind in the United Arab Emirates and the Middle East, to assess the competence of specialists in the social sector.
The first group of professionals successfully passed the test, increasing their ability to directly provide social services, as well as supporting and assisting service professionals in private sector institutions overseen by the TRA.
Ahmed Abdulkarim Julfar said: "We are pleased that social workers from the Community Development Authority (CDA) are among the first to obtain a license, which strengthens the role of the Office and its role as the body responsible for organizing work in the social sector in the Emirate of Dubai. all government agencies
And institutions that provide social services to license all employees in this sector to ensure the quality and sustainability of their services.
For his part, Dr. Omar Al Muthanna said: "We are proud of the Community Development Authority (CDA) employees who today received this special honor and have met all licensing requirements and successfully passed a rigorous test that has been carefully prepared for this purpose."
"The takeover of this quality license by social workers is an important turning point in their career, and in addition to being credible, the license will allow them to constantly expand their knowledge and ensure the continuity of service to their users."
The employees of the Office are Badriya Hamzah Al-Malouhi, Shaikha Ali Saif Al Muhairi, Maysoun Hamza, Halima Mohammed Abdullah, Fatima Mohammed Salman, Zainab Abdullah Al Dashti, Khawla Jaber Al Amiri, Huda Waleed Al Bastaki, Fatima Al Zaabi, Huda Jaber, Hala Ahmed , Sawsan al-Faqi, Rin Samir and Iman al-Yahya. The second party of social workers will soon be licensed to the Commission.
