He noted that the municipality intensified its control campaigns during Eid to control migratory butchers due to their importance for health and the environment, in which the number of inspectors was increased to 68 inspectors to conduct continuous campaigns, which resulted in the occupation of 36 butcher wanderers who were caught during the slaughter process, and took the necessary measures I warned these butchers because the dedication is not studied, which in turn exposes the consumer to various diseases, as well as the lack of specialist medical knowledge of the migrating butcher to assess the validity of carcasses for consumption and the ignorance of legitimate slaughter conditions, and not ensuring that it is free of infectious orders that can be transmitted through the carcass because it does not adhere to the practice of health, personal hygiene and cleanliness of the materials used, which causes health risks to the consumer as well as the lack of proper disposal of slaughtering waste that leads to environmental pollution.
