He arrested 36 rats in Sharjah during Eid

The municipality of Sharjah confirmed that the central slaughterhouse received during Eid al-Adha during Eid al-Adha during the days of Eid al-Adha, about 3,000 victims of sheep, goats and cows in which work lasted from 6 am to 7 pm on these days , during which the commune provided qualified personnel to service a large number of sacrificial animals. The central slaughterhouse is an ideal place for slaughter due to the availability of all hygiene and sterilization requirements and veterinary supervision over all carcasses

The Director of Urban Control and Inspection and the head of the Eid Al Adha preparatory committee, Adel Omar, confirmed that the Public Services Department worked on creating and modernizing market facilities, a central slaughterhouse and mobile slaughterhouse, and ensuring that all facilities are ready. The Department of Environmental Protection Services, providing a large number of employees to its superiors at the livestock market and central slaughterhouse, to track cleaning operations in the slaughterhouse and its facilities, in addition to increasing the number of existing containers, and reached the capacity of the slaughterhouse during any 80-m feast in a great time dedication and 140 small sacrifices.

He noted that the municipality intensified its control campaigns during Eid to control migratory butchers due to their importance for health and the environment, in which the number of inspectors was increased to 68 inspectors to conduct continuous campaigns, which resulted in the occupation of 36 butcher wanderers who were caught during the slaughter process, and took the necessary measures I warned these butchers because the dedication is not studied, which in turn exposes the consumer to various diseases, as well as the lack of specialist medical knowledge of the migrating butcher to assess the validity of carcasses for consumption and the ignorance of legitimate slaughter conditions, and not ensuring that it is free of infectious orders that can be transmitted through the carcass because it does not adhere to the practice of health, personal hygiene and cleanliness of the materials used, which causes health risks to the consumer as well as the lack of proper disposal of slaughtering waste that leads to environmental pollution.
