Vietnamese participant Vong Khan Nguyen, 23, was crowned Miss Earth 2018. Fung is the first Vietnamese who won the title in the history of the competition at the Mall of Asia Arena in Manila.
Fung teaches marketing and speaks fluent English and Vietnamese, and has also commented on a video project on the environmental protection project to preserve the Mekong River in southern Vietnam.
Miss Earth is the latest international beauty contests. All participants are environmental projects. The Miss Earth competition is also part of the Big Four, along with Miss Universe, Miss World and Miss Nations.
