Karma Automotive, formerly known as Fisker, introduced the futuristic electric hypercar Karma SC1 Vision Concept. According to representatives of the company, this concept shows how the future cars of the brand will look, both in terms of design and technology.
The open-top double electric car has a low aerodynamic silhouette, a long bonnet and a huge guillotine door.
The electric car is based on the company's first all-electric platform, which took less than a year to develop. The technical characteristics of the concept in the company have not yet been announced, except that it will receive eight radars, six Lidar sensors and six external cameras. The whole set will probably be used for an autonomous control system.
You can see the Karma SC1 Vision Concept live in the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance competition, which will start on August 18, 2019, most likely we will learn more about this electric car.
We would like to remind you that Fisker Automotive, founded by designer and entrepreneur Henrik Fisker, went bankrupt in 2013, after which it was bought by the Chinese supplier of car parts Wanxing. The new owner changed the brand, calling Karma Automotive and changing Fisker Karma into Karma Revero. Earlier this year, Karma Automotive announced a partnership with Pininfarina, in which companies will collaborate on future models.
