TOKYO, November 22. / Tass /. The head of Nissan-Renault's alliance, Carlos Ghosn, who was arrested this week, issued direct orders to his assistant and board member, Greg Kelly, for falsifying payment data. This was reported on Thursday by the Japanese newspaper Asahi.

It should be noted that during the ongoing investigation, messages from Gon to Kelly were found confirming this fact.

Gon and Kelly were arrested on Monday by investigators from the Tokyo prosecutor's office suspected of violating Japanese financial law. It is alleged that in five years, Gon received a prize of 10 billion yen (almost 89 million dollars) from Nissan, but he paid half less for taxes. Ghosn is expected to be officially dismissed from the post of chairman of Nissan's board of directors on November 22. Currently Gon and Kelly are in custody – before the Tokyo District Court allowed the prosecutor's office to meet the requirements and extended the detention for another ten days.
