The European Space Agency said on Tuesday that a 160-foot-wide asteroid, named 2006 QV89, will not break into Earth when it appears in September 2019.
Their announcement appears among many speculations about how much we are doomed.
The problem is rooted in the reports that in 2006 the chances that we were hit were reported as one in 7,000.
Shortly thereafter, and since then, the location of the asteroid could not be determined.
