The Spice Girls are about to announce their first tour for a decade – but Victoria Beckham is not expected to take part.

Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Geri Horner and Melanie Chisholm intend to reveal details of the reunion on Monday.

Bunton said in the breakfast program "Heart Radio" that the group will put details on social media at 15:00 GMT.

"I'm just excited, I want it there, it's gonna be brilliant," said Baby Spice, co-host of Jamie Theakston.

But Posh does not join the other four members – instead, he decides to focus on his fashion empire, according to The Sun.

Last week, Mel B jumped on her teammate, dressing up as Victoria for Halloween and holding in her hand the inscription: "No, I'm not going on tour."

In February, five members published a photo on social media, saying they plan to work together on new projects.

Since then, there have been rumors about what they can do, the route and the new material being just some of the suggestions.

The group has recently performed as fivesome during the closing ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games.

The group of girls initially divided in 2000 after performing for two years as four parts, after the departure of Geri. All five returned to the tour after reunification in 2007.
