Allen, the Bills crime has a strong fight against the Panthers on Wednesday

Notes from the last day of joint internships

Spartanburg, South Carolina (WGR550) – The Bills and Panthers ended their second and last joint training session on Wednesday here at Wofford College and, like their first practice on Tuesday, was thrilling and competitive, but without any quarrels and other fights that we saw in these situations throughout the league. It made it a very productive day for both teams.

Here are some remarks and observations from the practice:

  • Both attacks seem to be better in every defense during parts 11/11, which were fought simultaneously in two fields. There was one episode where the Panthers QB Cam Newton looked like he couldn't miss it. He did a great job, transferring Karolina's offensive to the pitch quite quickly and effectively.
  • Right next to it was Josh Allen, who performed similar types of throws and plays to rewind the bills on the pitch. I was impressed by Allen's ability to see and diagnose the defense, and then quickly and accurately got rid of the ball. He took what the defense gave him and recognized what it was before he snapped.
  • The first team's offensive line changed slightly, but it was because Ty Nsekhe did not participate in any team action. He participated in individual positional exercises, but remained on the exercise line for the rest of the practice. He was alone and not with any trainer, which of course is encouraging. Without Nsekhe, here's what the O line looked like for the first and second units:
  • 1st OL

LT Dion Dawkins
LG Quinton Spain
C Jon Feliciano
RG Spencer Long
RT Cody Ford

LT D’Ondre Wesley
LG Wyatt Teller
C Ryan Bates
RG Ike Boettger
RT Jarron Jones and Garrett McGhin

  • CB Kevin Johnson rotated with the team's first defense with both Levi Wallace and Tre’Davious White. It could be very good to just keep the men fresh in the extreme heat. Captain Munnerlyn worked in the slot machine along with those with Taron Johnson.
  • WR Robert Foster received a healthy dose of reps in the attack from the first team along with John Brown, Cole & # 39; em Beasley, Zay & # 39; Jones and Andre Roberts. Isiah McKenzie and Ray-Ray McCloud also saw time with these.

Next year

The Bills will have a transition tomorrow (no public or media) here in Spartanburg before they get to Charlotte to get ready for their pre-season match on Friday night with the Panthers.
