Gregg Leakes fights colon cancer in stage 3, his wife NeNe Leakes, revealed on Sunday Real housewives from Atlanta season 11 premiere.

NeNe, 50, explained in the Bravo program that Gregg first experienced the symptoms associated with this disease in May. "It was Cinco de Mayo," she said on Sunday. NeNe and Gregg have been married since 1997 and have two sons: Bryson and Brentt. In 2010, the couple split up and then divorced the following year – only to remarry in June 2013. During the ceremony, which was filmed for her spinoffs, I Dream of NeNe: The Wedding.
