With joy and confidence that the company in Venezuela and more in Maracaibo is getting stronger, the chef Zulia, Karl García, inaugurated last Friday the Dohmi-Karlota restaurant, in the facilities of Dohmi & # 39; s, the gastronomic school of references in the city.
The meeting was an opportunity to visit renovated and pristine areas of study, where students learn the whole art of cooking for foodies.
Similarly, we learned that the restaurant will offer high-quality breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the best food style in the 21st century, and developed with "passion" from chefs trained in the school where Karla is a teacher.
The school is also called Dohmi-Karlota. This house of study in the kitchen offers unique opportunities: gastronomic education, bakery and bartending training.
In a pleasant meeting with the media and the blessing of the priest, the chef, Karl García, was grateful and excited about this new venture. "I will continue to bet on my Venezuela and talents that leave the name of the country very high."
The tasting of dishes, which are part of the Dohmi-Karloty menu, was a delight to those present who then praised the famous craft beer of Karlot, made by the same Zulia.
Next year, Dohmi-Spain will be inaugurated, emphasizing the value of good gastronomic education in a European country, which is a delight for the chef who works with passion and demonstrates this with each of the proposed projects.
